4. Point of sale panel

4.1. Generate payment form

When you enter the PayBy point of sale panel, the payment form will open. The first data of the form that we show below is common for all types of payment: Link, SMS, Email or QR Code.

Step 1: Link type

In the drop-down menu, we will select from which business we want the payment to be sent (in the event that the client has different websites). In addition, we will choose what type of payment we want to generate (Link, SMS, Email or QR Code):

Step 2: Single or multiple payment

We will choose whether to send a 'single payment' or 'multiple payments', which will make the link generated for the payment usable one or more times.

If we select 'multiple payments', two additional sections will open where we can limit the number of times the payment link can be used and the message that will be shown to the customer when it exceeds the limit:

This functionality will allow us to control sales and relate them directly to the stock available to sell.

Step 3: Order details

We will enter the 'order number' related to the payment and the 'order description' (optional).

Step 4: Check out of fixed or variable amount

The new PayBy offers the possibility of paying a “fixed amount” or a “variable amount”. Through the variable payment, the buyer will enter the final amount of the purchase on the payment page.

If the seller chooses the 'fixed amount' option, in the 'amount' section, he must enter the amount to be charged to the customer:

On the other hand, if it is a 'variable payment', the seller can determine the minimum and maximum amount that can be entered by the customer on the payment page:

Step 5: Authorization or pre-authorization

The seller may determine the type of payment, depending on whether it is an “Authorization” or a “Preauthorization”. In the 'Authorization' the operation will be carried out at the time, on the other hand, in the 'Preauthorization', the operation will require subsequent confirmation. (This functionality must be enabled, by default it will be authorization)

Step 6: Language and expiration date

We will select the type of language and the expiration date of the payment link (deadline to use the link. By default, the links do not expire):

Step 7: Customer data

In this section, we can enter (optionally) the customer's data, or, if we do not have them, select the option 'I do not have the data, the customer will enter them.'

Finally, depending on the type of payment that has been selected in the first step (Link, SMS, Email or QR Code) a last exclusive section will open for each payment method.

If the business is interested in the BIZUM payment method, they only have to request it from their Banco Sabadell manager so that they can contract the corresponding rate. Once hired, your manager will contact the support service to activate it and it will appear automatically in the payment form.

4.2. Form to generate a Payment Link

If in the first section we have selected the option 'Share payment link (Social networks ...)', we will simply have to click on 'Generate payment link':

What will generate a link that we can copy and paste or share wherever we want:

4.3. Form to send the payment link by Email

If in the first step we have chosen 'Send link by email', a form will open with the following fields to fill in:

  • Recipient's name: Customer / buyer's name

  • Email that you will receive in link: Customer email

  • Template: A template must be selected from those previously configured in the PAYCOMET control panel.

Finally, we will click on 'Send email'.

4.4. Form to send the payment link by SMS

If in the first step we have chosen the option 'Send link by SMS', a form will appear with the following fields to fill in:

  • Telephone to which you want to send the SMS with the payment link (we will also have to choose the country code).

  • Template: A template can be selected from those previously configured in the PAYCOMET control panel. (By default there are preconfigured templates)

  • Text: If a previously configured template has been selected, the text that we specify in the template will appear in this section. If you do not select any template, you can enter the text that you want to be displayed in the SMS (maximum of 138 characters).

Finally, we will click on 'Send SMS'.

4.5. Form to generate a QR Code

If in the first section we have selected the option 'Generate QR code', we will simply have to click on 'Generate QR code':

What will generate a QR image that we can download.

5. Configure operation notifications

Through the PAYCOMET control panel we access MY PRODUCTS - CONFIGURE PRODUCT.

The icon allows us to 'Configure product':

Once we enter 'Configure product', we will see different options to configure.

First, we can choose the 'Type of payment notification' that we want to receive once it is effective:

  • No payment notification

  • Notification by URL

  • Notification by Email

  • Notification by URL and Email

Depending on the option chosen, the different fields will appear to fill in:

Secondly, in the section 'Aesthetic configuration of the collection', we can configure the payment page, filling in the following fields:

Finally, in the last section 'Sales operation by SMS and email', we can configure the URL that we want the client / buyer to see with the final result of the payment (OK or KO):

In this way, the customer will receive the answer about whether the payment has been successful or not after the payment page:

6. Consultation of operations

To do the search, we will have to fill in different sections as it suits us:

  • Search by product: We will select the product from which we are interested in removing operations. If we want to see the operations of all the products, we will select the option 'Select all the products'.

  • 'Search by' and 'Text to search': In these sections we can search by the 'operation reference', the 'operation concept' or the 'operation number', if we have them.

  • Type of currency for searches: We will choose the currency of the operation to be searched.

  • By amount: We will indicate the range of amounts to search (it can be left blank if no specific amount is searched).

  • Operations by users: We will select the operations sent by all users, or those carried out by specific users.

After clicking on 'Search', all those operations related to our search will appear, which we can download in different formats using the drop-down shown in the right corner:

In addition, if we want to have more information about a specific transaction, we can click on it to access the transaction data:
