4. Point of sale panel

4.1. Generate payment form

When you enter the PayBy point of sale panel, the payment form will open. The first data of the form that we show below is common for all types of payment: Link, SMS, Email or QR Code.

Step 1: Link type

In the drop-down menu, we will select from which business we want the payment to be sent (in the event that the client has different websites). In addition, we will choose what type of payment we want to generate (Link, SMS, Email or QR Code):

Step 2: Single or multiple payment

We will choose whether to send a 'single payment' or 'multiple payments', which will make the link generated for the payment usable one or more times.

If we select 'multiple payments', two additional sections will open where we can limit the number of times the payment link can be used and the message that will be shown to the customer when it exceeds the limit:

This functionality will allow us to control sales and relate them directly to the stock available to sell.

Step 3: Order details

We will enter the 'order number' related to the payment and the 'order description' (optional).

Step 4: Check out of fixed or variable amount

The new PayBy offers the possibility of paying a “fixed amount” or a “variable amount”. Through the variable payment, the buyer will enter the final amount of the purchase on the payment page.

If the seller chooses the 'fixed amount' option, in the 'amount' section, he must enter the amount to be charged to the customer:

On the other hand, if it is a 'variable payment', the seller can determine the minimum and maximum amount that can be entered by the customer on the payment page:

Step 5: Authorization or pre-authorization and DCC

The seller may determine the type of payment, depending on whether it is an “Authorization” or a “Preauthorization”. In the 'Authorization' the operation will be carried out at the time, on the other hand, in the 'Preauthorization', the operation will require subsequent confirmation. (This functionality must be enabled, by default it will be authorization)

The free DCC Service that offers your customers the possibility of paying with their currency. You will continue to receive your payment in euros.

Step 6: Language and expiration date

We will select the type of language and the expiration date of the payment link (deadline to use the link. By default, the links do not expire):

Step 7: Customer data

In this section, we can enter (optionally) the customer's data, or, if we do not have them, select the option 'I do not have the data, the customer will enter them.'

Finally, depending on the type of payment that has been selected in the first step (Link, SMS, Email or QR Code) a last exclusive section will open for each payment method.

If the merchant is interested in the BIZUM payment method, he only has to ask his Banco Sabadell manager to contract the corresponding fee. Once contracted, the manager will contact the support service to activate it and it will appear automatically in the payment form.
